Site Plan - The front yard setback is 27', with the porch encroaching 8' into the setback. The east side yard setback is 12', while the west side yard setback is 43'. The front porch is 24' wide and 8' deep. A sidewalk connects the front porch to the street. The parking is accessed off the alley and is 20' wide and 43' deep and a sidewalk connects the parking pad to the left side door. A tree is planted in the front yard space.

Architectural elevations - The roof pitch of the house is 5:12, while the roof pitch over the porch is 6:12. The porch has two columns that are tapered and have brick bases. The front elevation consists of four windows and a door, with a double window and kitchen style window and door under the porch. The rear and right side elevation have three windows, while the left side elevation has one door and two windows.

All details shall be consistent with the approved plans.
