    • Site Plan - The front yard setback is 22' with a 10' deep porch encroaching into the setback. The porch connects to the public sidewalk via a private sidewalk leading to the front steps of the porch. The interior side yard setback is 30 '10" and McMillan St. side yard setback is 25' 4". The parking is accessed off the alley.
    • Architectural Elevation - The front elevation has porch columns characterized by a masonry base for the porch posts with multiple posts on each base. The front façade is also characterized by triple window system left and right of the centered craftsman style door. The ease side elevation is characterized by four window systems varying in dimensions from the center of the structure versus towards the front and back. The west elevation has a recessed porch space in the center of the elevation with a door system.
