- Two story brick office building with hip roof with cresting and dentil molding at roof cornice.. Three bays on front elevation . Central projecting two story balcony supported by full height massive round columns on plinths with Doric capitals, with sawn wood balustrade at second story and at sides of first story. Segmental arch at second story balcony roof. Glass block at first and second story front entrances to respect but not duplicate transom and sidelights on Reynolds House. Regularly spaced multipaned double hung windows with shutters, lintels, and watercourse, string course and quoins. East and west elevations each with four bays. North elevation with five bays and central entry on first and second stories, with unadorned stair accessing second story.
