Porch elements; Roofing; Siding- Remove aluminum siding on front porch to uncover one of original front entries; install louvered shutters on existing front door; repair front porch floor and ceiling as needed; repair privacy fence on west elevation, install sliding glass doors on west side elevation (not visible from public right of way) to gain access to side yard (will be behind privacy fence; repair rear entry as needed; replace metal framed window on rear elevation with larger wood framed double hung window (this window is in an addition and will be one over one double hung); install two casement windows on rear elevation in currrent bathroom (casements have appearance of one over one windows); repair exerior siding in kind if needed; repair front porch roof as needed; repair current storage building.

- One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle covering, imbricated wood shingles, and sawn wood attic vents. Two over two double hung windows. One story full front porch with square wood columns with Doric capitals and sawn wood bannister. Irregular plan. Herringbone brick sidewalk and rusticated ashlar limestone retaining wall at sidewalk.
