- Plot Plan - The porch is 22' wide and is 8' deep in front section and 6' deep on the left section of the porch. The front yard setback is 18' from the front property line to the porch or 26' from the front property line to the habitable portion of the house. The south side yard setback is 5.5' from the property line to the porch. The north side yard setback is 10'. A sidewalk connects the porch steps to the front property line. There is an existing tree that will be preserved within the front yard. The off-street parking is accessed via the alley. The exposed foundation will be 3 to 4 blocks high and the right side will be 5 to 6 blocks high.
- Architectural Front Elevation - The houses roof pitch is 10:12, while the porch pitch is 4:12. There is a front door that faces the street and is accessed from the front porch that wraps around to the left side and a single window is located to the right of the front door (when facing the structure).
- The applicant is expected to build to the dimensions and amenities that are described in the Certificate of Appropriateness. The applicant may vary dimensions by 6" to address any field issues during construction.
