- Repair siding in kind as necessary; remove center portion of added rear porch, not visible from Harvey; replace missing second story rear window with new wood double hung window and repair other windows as necessary; repair or replace exterior doors with wood, half-view doors, as necessary. Demolish concrete block outbuilding in rear yard. Modified at time of meeting to repair enclosed rear section and to install solid wood doors.

- Style: Folk Victorian (1880;1917)
- Two story frame with weatherboard covering. Cross gable roof with asphalt shingle covering and sawn wood attic vents. Double hung one over one, three over one windows. One story full front porch with round wood columns with Doric capitals. Two interior offset brick chimneys, split and with decorative brick work and corbelling. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Three entries on front façade. Enclosed rear porch.
