Garage measures 20' wide by 24' long, and will be set 20' from the rear property line and 6' from the right side property line. Rectangular garage features a gable roof, an exterior of wood lap siding, and a concrete foundation. Two-light sliding windows on multiple elevations, along with one full-light pedestrian door. New gravel driveway extending off alley. Garage meets guidelines for secondary structures as it is placed behind the primary structure, accessible from the alley, and compatible with the primary house.
