APPROVE. Alterations to house in past have made removal of artificial siding necessary in order to determine original design of exterior.

Siding

- Remove artificial siding in order to determine original appearance. Applicant will reapply to the Commission when he has determined the original appearance; he intends to complete a sensitive rehabilitation and expects to be back before the Commission in the next few months.

- Style: Altered Queen Anne (c.1900)
  - Two story frame with aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and front dormer, asphalt shingle roof covering. Six over six double hung replacement windows with two over two double hung window in dormer. One story full front and side wrap around porch with fluted replacement columns, sawn wood balustrade, tongue and groove floor and bead board ceiling. Rear offset interior brick corbelled chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Projecting bays on side elevations.
