New gravel parking pad of an irregular shape (approximately 838 sq ft in area), to be connected to Johnston St. via an existing gravel driveway and the alley by a new concrete access way (approximately 50 sq ft). The parking area is proposed to be contained by landscaping timbers.

Rehabilitation of the front porch is also proposed, with the addition of a new wooden porch railing (1'-8" high) between piers on all sides.
