APPROVE. Proposed signs are consistent with II.D.1, (sign boards), II. D. 2, (hanging signs) as set forth in the Market Square Design Guidelines.

Signs

- Install 24" wide x 36" tall hanging sign from wrought iron sign, bottom of sign 8-1/2' to 10' from walking surface; install signboard above storefront windows, 96" wide x 24" tall, with "Market Square Booksellers" in gold letters on black background.

- Style: Italianate Commercial (c.1880)
  - G. W. Albers Drug Store. Two story brick, elaborate pressed metal cornice with brackets and modillions and raised central arch, rowlock arched second story windows, altered storefront.
