APPROVE proposed design of replacement structure with the following modification: Wood lap siding exposure should be modified to 4".

  - One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with asphalt shingle covering, wood attic vent. Six over six double hung replacement windows. Removed front porch. Removed chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Building certified for demolition by Knoxville Historic Zoning Commission at 1/17/2002 meeting.
