3. Meeting all applicable requirements of the previously approved Concept Plan and Use on Review (7-SI-00-C & 7-W-00-UR).
4. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Dept. of Engineering and Public Works.
5. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Zoning Ordinance.
6. A final plat based on this concept plan will not be considered by MPC until certification of design plan has been submitted to MPC Staff.
