Signs

- Install sign above exterior door leading to second story stairs, denoting "Studio Four" as name of business, painted aluminum in circular shape, on bracket with total projecting from front façade of 32".

- Style: W. H. Belcher Building. Neoclassical Commercial (c.1890)
  - Two story brick with second story loggia. Recessed double leaf full view doors with arched glass transoms and wrought iron railing. Acanthus leaf brackets on elaborate pressed metal cornice and brackets of loggia columns. Corner pilasters. Modified storefront with transoms, bulkheads, central entry and side entry to stairs accessing second story.
