    • Level I:
    • Repair siding and trim, in kind, as necessary.
    • Reroof, using asphalt or dimensional shingles to replace asphalt shingles, or using metal roofing if feasible.
    • Tuckpoint chimneys, using low-Portland mortar per Preservation Brief No. 2.
    • Level II:
    • Replace concrete block front steps with wood steps with wood risers.
    • Add wood side steps to access driveway and side yard.
    • Replace modern porch rail with more appropriate wood or iron porch rail (see options as attached).

    • Style: Queen Anne (c. 1890)
      • Two story frame with aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, hipped gabled dormer, asphalt shingle covering, pendant in front gable and bargeboard in front gable. Double hung two over two windows and one triple hung two over two window on front porch. One story full front porch with turned wood columns, sawn wood brackets and balustrade and gabled entrance and pendant centered at gable. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Wrought iron fence at front sidewalk. Transom and sidelights at front entry.
