- Replace existing asphalt shingle roof (on mansard or awning portion of roof) with asphalt shingles

- Style: Commercial (c.1920)
  - One story brick with stucco wall covering. Flat roof. Three bay façade with splayed entry at corner. Fixed large pane windows with transoms. Exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Mansard roofed awning at west elevation. Rectangular plan.
