Front façade: Replace existing wood single panel half lite entry doors with new full lite aluminum storefront doors. The entry doors will also be recessed approximately eight (8) inches because they currently swing over the property line which is not allowed by the building code. The existing bead board wood panels on either side of the entry doors will be replaced with 1 inch thick by 4 inches wide vertical tongue and groove smooth hardwood or cedar siding. A new emergency egress 'pen' light will be installed on the upper right corner of the storefront.

Sign: Install a new 3-foot by 4-foot metal blade sign to be externally illuminated or 'halo' illuminated. The clearance with the sidewalk will be 12 feet 3 inches.

West Elevation (side): Create new door opening toward the rear of the building to accommodate new painted metal double doors. Install new down light to match the existing on the front façade.
