Replacement of rooftop pool valance. Existing pool valance is EIFS cladding on a wood structural system; replacement will be a metal stud structural system clad in metal architectural wall panels. New valance will reflect existing in design, dimensions, and placement and is minimally visible from the public right-of-way.
