- New rear addition that will not be visible from the street. The L-shaped addition extends 5'-6" from the eastern side of the rear elevation and extends 15'-3" from the western side of the rear elevation to create a 30'-8" wide flush exterior wall. The addition's roof extends an front-gable massing at the same pitch on the eastern side and features a new cross-gable roof on the western side with a compatible pitch to the house, creating a similar roof form to that of the front elevation. The addition will be clad with in-kind lap siding and feature an in-kind block foundation to the house. The rear elevation features a small slider window, paired double-hung windows, and a secondary entrance with a small landing and steps.
