- Repair/replace foundation in kind; replace wood siding with lap wood siding in kind; install one over one double hung wood windows to replace unoriginal windows now present in house, including two window front bay with hip roof; install paired ten-light wood french doors in rear.

- Style: Altered Queen Anne Cottage (c.1900)
  - One story frame with composition board wall covering on front façade, weatherboard on sides and rear. Cross gable roof with asphalt shingle covering. Front porch removed. Front window altered to two single pane fixed panels. Chimneys removed. House sits at an angle to the street.
