- Repair porch floor if necessary, or replace with tongue & groove porch flooring; install balustrade railing, if required, using 2"x2" balusters set in top and bottom rail; repair existing windows as necessary, installing storm windows if desired by applicant; repair existing front door or install new front door of identical design; repair siding and exterior trim in kind if necessary.

  - One story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Side gable roof with asphalt hsingle covering, knee braces and lattice at eaves. One story wrap around front nad side porch with splayed wood columns on stone piers. Double hung nine over one windows. Interior offset stuccoed chimney. Stucco and stone foundation. Rectangular plan.
