Doors; Guttering; Porch elements; Roofing; Siding; Windows; Other: partial demolition- Demolish rear section of house and added dormer windows (changes probably made c. 1915, with dormers added c. 1965), returning house to original configuration and removing later additions, part of which are termite-damaged; remove added side porch; remove rear dormers; add skylights on rear elevation, not visible from front or rear streets; add rear porch, reusing brackets from side porch, which may have been original rear porch brackets; repair siding; add gutters; roof; repair windows; reuse windows from demolished portion, putting back in their likely original locations; remove carport on side elevation.

- Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1890)
- One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and square fluted bargeboard in front gable, arched attic vent window in gables and triangular attic vent with shaped inset, asphalt shingle roof covering. Two over two double hung windows, paired on front gable. One story two-thirds front porch with raised sunburst design on front facing brackets, squared fluted columns and one story side one-half porch with square wood columns and sawn wood brackets, weatherboarded balustrade, beadboard ceilings and tongue and groove floors. Stuccoed interior central and interior rear offcenter chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Three light transom and sidelights. Added rear dormers and rear enclosures.
