Approve Subject To Conditions

APPROVE Certificate 9-F-18-DT subject to the following condition: 1) All new fencing shall be metal and equivalent or better than the pre-existing metal fencing.
Recommendation
APPROVE Certificate 9-F-18-DT subject to the following: 1) Relocation of the dumpster must comply with the location and screening as approved in Certificate 11-A-16-DT.

Applicant Request
:
    • Removal of asphalt parking area on the west side of the building and installation of a fence, sitting area, and raised deck. This is a revision to the previously approved COA 11-A-16-DT.
    • On sheet L100, the areas shown in grey, green, and brown, is where the asphalt is to be removed. The grey area will be gravel fines (AKA crusher run) which is very small diameter gravel. The green area is a synthetic turf. The brown area is a low profile deck that is approximately 1'-2" tall. A row of emerald green arborvitae will be installed on the back (north) side of the deck as screening. A fence will wrap around the outside of this area and will be constructed of wood posts and rails with welded wire mesh (see attached images). The fence will have gates to allow limited vehicular access.
