1. Meeting all requirements of the approved Concept Plan.
2. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Zoning Ordinance.
3. Establishing a homeowners association which will be responsible for the exterior maintenance of the structures, grounds and the joint permanent easement.
4. Installing all landscaping, as shown on the development plan, within six months of the issuance of the occupancy permits for this project, or posting a bond with the Knox County Dept. of Engineering and Public Works to guarantee such installation.
5. Prior to commencing any grading on this site provide MPC staff with a species specific landscaping plan for review and approval. This plan is to prepared by a registered landscape architect.
