- Style: Georgian (c.1857) with Craftsman influence.
- The Lones-Dowell House (c.1857) is a two story Georgian brick house with brick and concrete block additions to the rear. The five bay house sits on a knoll facing Middlebrook Pike to the south. Six over six double hung windows flank a central entry with a three light transom. Interior side brick chimneys and a hipped dormer with three one over one windows and wood shingled side walls top the hipped roof with an asphalt shingle covering. The original section of the house as a two story rear addition, probably c. 1920, also topped with a hipped roof and six over six double hung wood windows. On the east elevation appears a c. 1920 one story brick addition with a flat roof and six over six double hung windows. The rear elevation also contains a concrete block one story addition. On the west, the two story rear addition is visible.
- A one story front and side wrap around porch, which also appears to date from the c.1920's, crosses the full width of the front façade and is continued, with creening, for about two-thirds of the west façade. There are elements of Craftsman detailing in the front porch, with its roof supported by square wooden columns, exposed rafters and oversize splayed imitation capitals on the front façade. The porch floor is poured concerete. Exterior slatted wooden blinds flank the five front windows of the façade.
