APPROVE. Proposed window replacement is necessary to correct weather infiltration into house. Several of the windows are not original, and have been altered by partial removal and the insertion of sheets of plexiglass.

    • Style: Queen Anne Cottage (c.1910)
      • One and one-half story frame with vinyl siding wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, front and side hipped dormers, and asphalt hsingle roof covering. One over one double hung windows and transom over window on front elevation. One story front and side wrap around porch with round fluted columns with Ionic capitals, sawn wood balustrade. Interior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Queen Anne patterned transom and sidelights of stained glass at front entry.
