Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) and the Office of Neighborhood are once again partnering to hold public meetings on the proposed zoning code changes, branded Recode Knoxville. The meeting focus will be based on Draft 3 of the proposed ordinance and Draft 2 of the new zoning map.
