The Knoxville Historic Zoning Commission will hold a workshop on September 6 th , 2016 at 8:30 a.m. in the Small Assembly Room, Main Floor, City/County Building, 400 Main St., Knoxville, TN. The workshop is for review of and comment on an application for infill construction on a vacant lot located at 817 Deery Street in the Fourth and Gill Historic District. A determination of approval or denial will not be made at this workshop. Information related to this item may be seen in the office of the Metropolitan Planning Commission on the 4th floor, City/County Bldg.
