The Planned Residential zone is the most frequently requested zoning district in Knox County.

Because it is so commonly requested, we are reviewing it to determine if changes are needed to things such as minimum development area, landscaping requirements, and submittal requirements. Recommended changes will be heard by the Planning Commission and Knox County Commission in 2022.
