John Huber / Knox County

John was born and raised in Knoxville and is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee.

He is President and Founder of Huber Properties, a Real Estate Development Firm; Hopeful Housing, an Affordable Housing Development Company; Southern Signature Real Estate; and John Huber Construction. John believes we are blessed to live in an area that has proven to be an attractive place for businesses and families alike to locate; however, this attractiveness has placed significant pressure on our resources and the remaining land that is available for development. John feels it is critically important to make wise decisions with respect to land uses that will allow the beauty of our area to continue to be on display while also keeping in mind the needs of our growing community.
