Matthew Anderson / Knox County

Matthew Anderson is an attorney with a diverse business background and is experienced in navigating complex corporate and real estate issues with a focus on finding practical solutions.  


Matthew attended the University of Tennessee for his undergraduate and law degrees. As attorney and vice president of LeConte Title, Matthew’s work is focused on real estate, corporate, and transactional law. He has assisted real estate developers, investors, and home builders with development projects, acquisitions, risk assessment, due diligence, and title related issues. His goal as a Planning Commissioner is to promote effective strategies to accommodate residential and economic growth across Knox County, while preserving the environmental and geographic attributes that make our community unique and desirable.
