Staff Recommendation
ADOPT RESOLUTION #10-D-15-SP, amending the East City Sector Plan from TDR (Traditional Neighborhood Residential) to O (Office), and recommend that Knoxville City Council approve the sector plan amendment. (See resolution, Exhibit A)
