1. To reduce the utility and drainage easement on Lot 2 under the existing chicken coop from 10' to 0'.
2. To reduce the utility and drainage easement on Lot 3 under the existing metal carport from 10' to 6.8'.
3. To reduce the requirements of the Minimum Subdivision Regulations article 64-24.44 to reduce the width of the JPE from 40' to 25'.
4. To reduce the requirement of the Minimum Subdivision Regulations article 62-84 requiring a 25' radius on each side of the JPE where it meets the public street.
