Architectural Elevations - The house shall have a 6/12 roof pitch. The porch shall be 12' wide and 8' deep with an gabled front, 6"X6" posts, handrails, and lattice closing in the underneath the porch.

Site Plan - The front yard setback shall be 20' and the north side yard setback shall be a minimum of 8'. A tree shall be planted in the front yard space. The driveway shall be 40; deep and 12' wide. A walkway will connect the front porch to the driveway.

All details shall be consistent with the approved (stamped) plans.
