Site Plan - The front yard setback is 27' and the front porch encroaches 8' into this setback. The North side setback is 6' and the South side setback is 10'. The driveway is located along the south side yard and is extended 20' habitable portion of the house, not including the front porch. There is a sidewalk that connects to the driveway and street that leas off the front steps of the porch. A tree is planted in the front yard.

Architectural Elevations - The roof pitch is 5:12. The gable over the porch contains a rectangular vent and is bordered at the bottom by a 10' frieze board. The windows are 1 over 1, with no muntins. The front door three light windows on the top. The porch columns are 6X6" with trim at the bottom and top. The porch alos contains a full rail system around the erimeter of the porch. The exposed foundation is 16'24" on the front of the house.

All detaisl shall be consistent with the attached approved site plan and srchitectrural elevations.
