In accordance with the provisions of Article V, paragraph 5 of the MPC By-Laws, the Executive Committee has unanimously recommended Mark Donaldson of Denton, Texas for the position of Executive Director of MPC, and further recommends that the Chair of MPC be authorized to negotiate with Mr. Donaldson the various terms of employment. To that end, the Executive Committee unanimously recommends the adoption of the following resolution:

RESOLVED: That the Chair of MPC is hereby authorized and instructed to negotiate and execute an employment contract to employ Mark Donaldson for the position of Executive Director of MPC, upon such terms and conditions as the Chair deems appropriate, consistent with the advertised compensation and benefits.
