Architectural Elevation - The roof pitch is 5:12. On the front elevation there is on 3' X 5' window to the left and w 3' X 3' kitchen window, and a federal style front door, and a double window under the porch. The porch is 20' wide and 8' deep, has porch railings and two tapered columns with brick bases. The left side elevation has two windows, the right elevation has two windows and a door and the rear elevation has two windows.
Site Plan - The front yard setback is 21.9' with the sidewalk extending 8' into the setback. The southeast side yard setback is 5.8' and the northwest side yard setback is 16.9'. The driveway is located on the northwest side of the house and extends 20' past the habitable portion of the house. A private sidewalk extends from the front porch to the front property line and there is a tree planted in the front yard.
All details shall be consistent with the approved plans.
