Site Plan - Front yard setback shall be 20'. The front yard shall contain a new tree and private sidewalk leading from the front step to the street. The front oporch shall be 10' X 12'. The two side yard setbacks shall be 12' 7". Parking shall be acccessed from the alley.

Architectural Elevations - The exposed foundation shalll be 3' at one front corner and 4' at other front corner. The porch shalll have 8 X 8 posts and steps that lead off the front of the porch. The roof shall have a 7:12 pitch.
