Architectural Elevation - The roof pitch is 5:12. On the front elevation there is one window to the left of the front door, a double to the right, with the front door centered. The porch is 16' wide and 8' deep, has porch railings on the side of the porch, but not on the front. The porch gable is supported by two tapered columns with brick bases. The left side elevation has two windows, the right elevation has two windows and a door and the rear elevation has two windows.

Site Plan - The front yard setback is 21.9' with the front porch extending 8' into this setback. The southeast side yard setback is 5.8'. The driveway is located on the northwest side of the house and extends 20' past the habitable portion of the house. A private sidewalk extends from the front porch to the driveway.

All details shall be consistent with the approved plans.
