Architectural Elevation: The main roof pitch shall be 5:12. The front porch shall have a 5:12 pitch with a flat peak and supported by two 6' square column posts each with brick base. The maximum exposed foundation in the front shall be 32" high. The front door shall be craftsman style with rectangular windows.

Site Plan: The front yard setback shall be 27' with the 8' deep porch extending into the front yard setback. The porch shall be 8' X 16'. A sidewalk shall connect the front porch to the public sidewalk. The parking shall be accessed off the alley.

All measurements and styles of building materials shall be consistent with the approved plans.
