This zone provides for a wide range of agricultural and related uses as well as residential uses with low population densities and other compatible uses which generally require large areas or open spaces.
The general intent of this section is to insure the development of land adjacent to residential areas into a T, Transition Zone, between other types of commercial and residential classifications and which will promote the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the citizens of the county.
