Removal of one non-historic, single-light casement window and non-historic masonry enclosure of original window opening on east exterior elevation. Original (historic) fenestration, including segmental arch, will be restored and a single-light, aluminum-clad wood, casement window will be installed. Fenestration opens into enclosed patio on side elevation, not visible from public right-of-way. Window to match submitted specifications for Pella Reserve Traditional Casement.
