The certificate of appropriateness is for the construction of a new ramp for handicap access off the front deck. The ramp will come off the existing deck on the NW side, where the existing steps are located and the ramp will extend into the existing driveway. The dimensions of the new ramp are 5' wide and 24' long. The ramp will be attached in a manner that will not incroach into the front yard setback along Ohio Avenue (the street the house is oriented towards). A new concrete 4' landing will be established that extends off the driveway.
