APPROVE the amendment of the Northeast County Sector Plan to MU (Mixed Use - Office, Medium Density Residential and Commercial) for all subject parcels except 121-003.
The mixed use sector plan designation will allow rezoning requests for office, medium density residential and commercial to be considered on an individual basis. Parcel 003 was excluded because it is owned by Knox County and may be the future site for a new school. A school is a permitted use under the property's current RA zoning.
