This plan was originally approved by MPC in July 2004. A Concept Plan approval expires two years from the date of approval unless a final plat has been approved or extension has been granted by MPC. No final plat has been approved by MPC since that time. All Concept Plans expire after a period of five years from the date of the original approval. The staff recommends approval of this request to extend the approval of this Concept Plan.
