Architectural Elevations - The roof pitch is 6:12. The front façade has vinyl shakes in the porch gable area and has a 2x10 expressed porch beam at the bottom. The porch columns are 8x8. The maximum exposed foundation in the front is 2'. The handrails are 36" on the porch. The window, door, and vent trim is 3.5 inches. The front windows are 3-0/5-0 windows. The side elevations have 2 windows each.

Site Plan - The font yard setback is 25' with an 8' deep porch extending into the setback. The side yard setbacks are 5' and 15'. A 10' wide driveway extends from Johnston Street to 20' beyond the front wall of the house. A tree is planted in the front yard and a private sidewalk extends from the front property line to the porch steps.

All details shall be consistent with the drawings.
