Property Notes / Work to be Completed
- 524 S. Gay Street is a contributing resource to the Gay Street Commercial Historic District, so the Historic Resources section of the guidelines applies. As the proposed project involves a flat, composite deck on an alley between two buildings, there are few applicable design guidelines. The project will be recessed behind an existing gate, minimally visible from the right-of-way, and not have an effect on the adjacent buildings. The applicant has secured the necessary easements with the City in previous permitting reviews.
