Site Plan- The attached garage is 20' wide and 24' deep. The setbacks for the garage are 14' to the southeast side and on the northwest side the garage adjoins a proposed addition that is not visible from the street and its sideyard setback is 28' 10". The frontyard setback of the garage is 53' 9", the same dimension as the existing concrete driveway. All these details and other approved details of the site plan that have been approved on are the stamped site plan.
