Staff Recommendation
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize an amendment pertaining to a special needs service district and standards for trash containers within public rights-of-way in those defined areas, including the amount of advertising that may be on the receptacle.
This request is made by the City Service Department to assist them in maintaining cleaner public spaces in high volume pedestrian areas of the City such as the Central Business District and the UT area. (See attached letter.)
