Additional Resources

In addition to the online demographic materials provided here, Knoxville-Knox County Planning maintains a library with print and digital information. Planning serves as an affiliate of the Tennessee State Data Center, housed at The University of Tennessee’s Boyd Center for Business and Economic Research (cber.bus.utk.edu). As an affiliate, Planning is a repository of U.S. Census Bureau data (www.census.gov).

Materials from decennial Censuses of Population and Housing are available. The collection includes releases from 1960 through 2010. The collection also includes Economic Census, County Business Patterns, and Statistical Abstracts. Some of these materials are in printed form; most are on CD-ROM and DVD.
