Executive Committee

On an annual basis, the Planning Commission Chair appoints an Executive Committee consisting of the Chair, Vice-Chair and three other members of the Planning Commission. Terms are one-year in length.

Next Meeting

The Executive Committee will meet Tuesday, January 8, 2019, following the agenda review meeting.

Article V of the Planning Commission bylaws outlines the specific duties and terms of the Executive Committee.

These duties include:

  • Review of the annual budget and work program
  • Review employee grievances in accordance with Employee Handbook
  • Review employee grievances related to the American with Disabilities Act
  • Provide consultation to the Executive Director
