Executive Committee

On an annual basis, the Planning Commission Chair appoints an Executive Committee

This committee consists of:
  • Chair of the Planning Commission
  • Vice-Chair of the Planning Commission
  • Three additional members of the Planning Commission
Duties
Article V of the Planning Commission bylaws outlines the specific duties and terms of the Executive Committee.
These duties include:
  • Review of the annual budget and work program
  • Review employee grievances in accordance with Employee Handbook
  • Review employee grievances related to the American with Disabilities Act
  • Provide consultation to the Executive Director
